1:1 Coaching for Men & Women With Autoimmune Disease
Who Are Done Starting Over.
You're stuck between two bad options.
Your doctors say, "Rest. Take it easy."
The fitness world tells you to grind harder. “Just push through it." "You're not disciplined." "You don’t want it bad enough.”
Neither one actually understands what it’s like to live in a body with limits.
You know you’re capable of more.
You just don’t know how to tap into that potential without burning yourself out.
So you cycle:
→ You feel okay, so you go work out.
→ You overdo it.
→ You crash.
→ You rest until you can't stand it anymore.
→ Repeat.
Meanwhile...
✘ You're constantly torn between "am I doing too much?" and "am I not doing enough?"
✘ You start wondering if maybe you really are lazy or undisciplined because that's the only explanation anyone ever seems to have.
✘ You try generic gym routines or workout classes, but your body doesn't cooperate. Your symptoms and energy fluctuate too much for cookie-cutter plans to work.
✘ You feel like you're living in a body that's actively fighting against you and no one around you truly understands how exhausting that really is.
You're not broken.
You've just been following the wrong strategy.
Critical Care RN. 20+ years living with Crohn’s Disease.
Formerly 90 lbs and tube-fed → then overweight and exhausted → now strong, capable, and unapologetically resilient.
At my sickest I was inserting my own feeding tubes every night while in high school and was fed-up with being told what I couldn’t do more often than what I could.
Later, I gained over 60 lbs working 12–16 hour shifts in the Trauma ICU, surviving on caffeine and pure adrenaline. I tried every diet. Every protocol. Every fitness program designed for bodies that don’t flare.
Nothing worked.
So, I stopped trying to force my autoimmune body to respond like everyone else’s.
I put my clinical brain to work. I dug into the research.
And I started treating my workouts the way I titrate drips in the ICU: by making small, strategic adjustments in real-time based on how the body responds.
That changed everything.
I lost the weight. I built real strength.
And most importantly, I stopped fighting my body and started working with it.
As a nurse, I’ve seen how so many others fall into the same gap I was stuck in.
Too complex for generic fitness advice, but not “sick enough” for medical support.
So, I built the Autoimmune Strength Protocol™
A structured, strategy-driven framework designed specifically for bodies that flare.
This isn’t grind culture.
It’s intelligent progression.
And it works.
Clinician-designed.
Science-backed.
Results-driven.
Intelligent training dosage, not random days of maximal effort
Symptom-aware progression instead of fixed, rigid programming
Recovery as part of the plan, not an afterthought
Nutrition strategies that support performance and health, not extremes
The goal is consistency you can sustain, not intensity you can survive.
Because it doesn't matter how much you lift or how fast you run. A workout that you can't recover from is not a good workout.
✔ Fully customized training program built around your current capacity, personal preferences, and your specific goals
✔ Flare-aware progression and auto-regulation
✔ Clear intensity guidance so you know exactly when to push yourself safely, when to pull back, and how
✔ Workouts delivered through a private app with demo videos for every exercise
Train with precision. Progress with control.
✔ Personalized calorie and macro targets based on your metabolism and goals
✔ Flexible food approach (no restrictive meal plans)
✔ Step-by-step guidance on how to fuel your body for muscle gain or fat loss
✔ Sample meal ideas once targets are set
NO crash dieting. NO food fear. Just a strategy you can actually live with.
✔ Sleep, stress, and nervous system support
✔ Symptom-based intensity modification so you adapt instead of inflame
✔ Mobility and movement support when needed
You recover instead of crash. You build strength instead of burning out.
✔ Weekly structured check-in form (takes 5 minutes)
✔ Plan adjustments based on bio-feedback
✔ Direct access to me inside the app
✔ Long-term strategy so you're equipped to train confidently for life
You're guided, not micromanaged. Supported, not babysat.
You have an autoimmune or chronic condition and have been medically cleared for exercise
You’re willing to obtain written medical clearance if requested
You want to build real strength and improve your physique, not just “move more”
You’re ready to train seriously, but intelligently
You’re open to tracking data and following structured guidance
You understand progress may not be linear and you’re willing to stay consistent anyway
You want a long-term strategy, not a 6-week reset or "30-Day Shred"
You’re seeking diagnosis, medical treatment, or pain rehabilitation
You need hands-on physical therapy or in-person clinical care
You have not been medically cleared for exercise
You want a quick fix or prioritize fast results over sustainability
You're looking for a workout library or a self-guided program
You prefer casual advice over commitment
You’re unwilling to track basic progress, communicate openly and honestly, or follow structured guidance
You’re not in a season where you can consistently prioritize this commitment
You’re not prepared to make a meaningful financial investment
The Autoimmune Strength Protocol™ is a 6-month, 1:1 coaching commitment designed for people who are serious about building strength, improving body composition, and doing it in a way that actually works with their body.

Probably. But, I care less about your diagnosis and more about where you are right now. Your symptoms, your stability, your current capacity. I work with people across a wide range of autoimmune and chronic conditions, and what determines fit isn't the name of your diagnosis. It's whether you're medically stable, cleared for exercise, and ready to actually do this. Your application tells me what I need to know.
Hard no. This is exactly why you work with me now instead of waiting.
The moment something comes up, whether it's a vacation or a family emergency, that's exactly when people without the right support slip back into old patterns.
Learning how to navigate the hard stuff instead of avoid it is the whole point!
It's not all or nothing. When things get chaotic, we adjust the plan to fit reality.
That depends entirely on you, which is kind of the whole point!
Your program is built around your body, your schedule, your recovery, your preferences, and your life. This isn’t a templated program like you see in most other coaching containers. What works for “most” is not what works here. What matters is that whatever we build actually works for your specific body and your life as a whole. And eventually as things change so does the plan.
This really just depends on your goals! I recommend you have some basic gym equipment if you don't have access to a full gym, but it's not a requirement.
In the first few weeks, you can expect to feel stronger, more energized, and more in control of your body! Visible changes typically follow within 2–3 months. Your exact timeline depends on your starting point and consistency, but everything is tailored to your unique physiology so your progress is sustainable and long-lasting! 😊
I'm not here to sell you on some BS "30-day shred" — this is a true, life-changing transformation. We’re in it for the long haul, and we’re not sacrificing your health just to rush results. Slow, smart, and steady wins every time.
No, and no. What I give you are nutrition targets that are adjusted to your body and your goals. Those targets shift as your body changes, because nutrition isn't static.
My job isn't to hand you a script to follow forever. It's to teach you how to fuel your body so that eventually you don't need me, or anyone else, telling you what to eat.
This is a case by case kinda thing. There's no rigid policy here. To be honest, a coach who responds to a flare with a rulebook isn't the kind of coach you want anyway.
A rough week or two? We adjust and keep going. That's what this is built for in the first place.
But if it's something major, a surgery, a serious hospitalization, something that genuinely puts things on hold then we'll talk, figure out what makes sense, and go from there.
Coaching can pause if the circumstances genuinely call for it. What doesn't pause are payment plans. The installments keep running on schedule until you're paid in full, regardless.
Both! The Autoimmune Strength Protocol™is designed to work for all fitness levels, from newbies to seasoned gym-bros.
Heck yeah! Online coaching exploded since COVID because people realized it's not just convenient, it's superior.
Online coaching has proven to be incredibly effective because it focuses on what actually drives results: progressive, individualized programming, flexibility, nutrition guidance, accountability, ongoing support, and consistent communication.
In-person training is limited. You're paying for a workout.
